Elaine Pagels, Lucy’s daughter and founder of Pagels Group (in which Lucy is now a team member), had the privilege of learning the ropes from her mom and working with her for over 20 years. Now granddaughter Brita Pagels, Elaine’s daughter, has joined them as well!

Lucy Hilt began her real estate career in 1974 and was a top producer with Baird & Warner. She specialized in Chicago and the western suburbs. She then owned a Hinsdale-based boutique real estate firm that was later acquired by the predecessor of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Her total commitment to her clients’ real estate interests generates a high percentage of life-long clients who refer family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. Lucy was a Chicago Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent in 2015 and holds the Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) designation.
